Brooke Lyons is on November 8, 1980, in Washington, D.C., United States. She learned to dance at the Joffrey Ballet School, the New England Ballet School in Connecticut, and the Boston Ballet. However, she is not able to continue with passion afterward and has been diagnosed with scoliosis. While in ninth grade, she had to wear a brace because of her diagnosis.

Brooke has and Yale University majored in English Literature. She was also a member of the Society of Manuscripts "Arts and Letters".

Brooke Lyons celebrated film producer Max Osswald on April 26, 2014. Together have a son. Beginning in his career in 2004, he entrusted the NBC sitcom "American Dream" to Played Erin in an episode entitled "A Clear and Present Danger".
