Stephanie was born on January 8, 1995, in Derby, Derbyshire, England. She is currently 26 years old. Stephanie Hill is the daughter of Elaine and Dean Hill. She has an older brother named James Hill, who works in Leeds for Jet2.

Hill attended Lady Manners School in Bakewell, where she earned A and A * grades on her GCSE, before reaching A levels in Biology, English Language, and Theater Studies.

She later joined Sheffield Hallam University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy and Oncology in May 2017. She obtained a First Class degree classification with honors.

Stephanie then enrolled at the University of Sheffield School of Medicine to pursue her Master of Translational Oncology.
